FastTrack Management are working with a award winning Architectural practice who are seeking an experienced Part 3 Architect to join their studio. Based in an open, welcoming office, you will be joining the practice as an Architect working on a variety of exciting projects.

The practice is a consultancy with core sectors worked within including Commercial, Residential, Retail projects offering the Architect applying for this position the opportunity to work within a wide array of sectors.

An Architect with job running experience and demonstrable ability to work at all RIBA stages would be ideal for this position.

You will be require to job run on projects with areas of responsibility.

To be successful in applying for this role as an Architect, you will ideally hold a minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience within a private practice environment. Particular sector experience in Residential, Education and Commercial projects would also be highly beneficial. The practice use Vectorworks & Revit throughout the office, so experience using these software packages would also be looked upon favourably.

Qualifications required for this position as follows:

+    RIBA 1/2/3 qualifications, as recognised by the RIBA board.
+    Current registration with the ARB as an Architect.
