Are you an Architect with four-years PQE Part III? Do you have extensive experience working on high end, high profile residences within prime areas of London?

My client is one of the top Architectural names in the luxury residential market to work for and they are currently searching for a Project Architect / Senior Architect to join their established Architecture and Design consultancy based in Chelsea Harbour.

With a prestigious client base stretching across prime areas of London, including the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the practice has developed a strong reputation for delivering some of the most luxurious and bespoke properties not only in England but also in Europe, America and Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Associate Director on project progress
  • Running a full high end residential project between yourself and your team
  • Help manage and mentor more junior team members
  • Full job running responsibilities through RIBA project stages 1-7
  • Liaison with contractors and clients
  • Ensuring work is produced and delivered to a high standard and meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of four years’ experience post Part-III
  • A minimum of 3 years’ UK experience working in professional practice
  • Proven experience working on high-end residential and grade listed building projects, specifically in London
  • Demonstrable staying power with a commitment to the practice
  • Experience with planning and building control regulations and applications
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, communicative, with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to demonstrate strong creative thinking
  • A confident and charismatic personality
  • Strong job running ability
  • Be a self-motivated, confident, highly organised and able to run your own projects
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team
  • Have client facing experience
  • A high level of understanding technical detailing, architectural and structural construction drawings
  • Proven experience with understanding of construction, and site management
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to demonstrate strong creative thinking
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Salary & Package

£40,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on experience) + workplace pension
