I am looking for an Architect with residential experience to work for a busy, LABC Building Excellence award-winning office in Primrose Hill, London

My client is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team of 15, working on a wide variety of projects within residential, commercial and heritage sectors. Working from their self-designed office in Primrose Hill, you will be joining a hands-on Director and highly-skilled Architects and Assistants. You will be supporting the team with design and build projects, from small extensions to large scale new build projects, as well as grade I and grade II listed buildings of historic importance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on numerous projects from inception to completion RIBA stages 0-7
  • Preparing detailed working drawings and designs
  • Researching ideas and concepts in the office’s vast library of books and resources
  • Keeping up to date with the latest statutory building regulations
  • Ensure the running of the project is kept within the financial goal and deadlines
  • Working alone and within small teams as projects require
  • Reporting to the Director on project progress

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part III Qualified Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 3-year PQE
  • 2 years+ experience working on UK based projects
  • Experience working on residential projects of various scales
  • Good working knowledge of Vectorworks
  • Ability to work individually and leading a team

Salary & Package

£35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience
