We are looking for a permanent member of staff who will be fully conversant with the building regulations and other statutory instruments capable of producing fully detailed working drawings to tight timescales. You should be particularly conversant in the residential sector for both houses and flats developments but some experience of other sectors would be useful.
We are 5 minutes walk from Coulsdon South railway Station and have on site parking.
We are looking for someone who is thorough and precise with drive and ambition and ideally the potential to lead our technical department within a few years time.
Autocad is our software base within a MS Windows / office environment.
