Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist architectural practice who provide innovative and dynamic design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect who can hit the ground running for their team based in Leicestershire.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architect you will need to have strong post RIBA part 3 qualification experience across all RIBA work stages within the residential sector. The successful individual will need to be ARB registered, with strong leadership and job running experience, as well as being proficient with AutoCAD.

• Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice
• ARB registered
• Completed their RIBA part 3 qualification
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Job running experience
• Experience of leading projects across all RIBA stages
• Experience working on and delivering projects within the residential sector
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience mentoring more junior team members
• Live within a commutable distance to the Leicestershire area
• Full UK drivers license
