Senior Architect or Experienced Architectural Technologist

Our expertise spans residential extensions, refurbishments, historic building restorations, master planning, and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) projects. 

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect or Experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and proficiency in Revit. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with an initial commitment of three days per week and the possibility to increase hours or transition to full-time based on mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using Revit.
• Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the UK architectural industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with other BIM software is advantageous.
• Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
