  • Produce detailed 2D drawings and hand sketches, including construction detailing and conservation documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project quality, particularly on listed buildings and heritage sites
  • Liaise with local councils, planning authorities, and consultants to secure consents and approvals
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Architect with a conservation background and a minimum of 5 years post-Part III experience
  • Proven experience with conservation projects, including listed buildings and historic sites
  • The studio uses Vectorworks, however, this isn't essential and full training will be provided
  • Strong hand sketching skills
  • Confident in managing projects independently and handling client relationships
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the UK
  • Passion for conservation and historical buildings.

What you get back

  • £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
  • Discretionary bonus
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays and an additional 1-week Christmas shutdown
  • Support for professional memberships
  • CPDs
  • Regular team events, including summer outings and a Christmas meal.
