I am looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA chartered practice in Huddersfield. The practice has a focus on providing client-led designs across commercial, residential and healthcare sectors. The friendly team designs every project with sustainability in mind.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification and should be confident conducting planning applications. You will have excellent technical abilities alongside creative design flare. Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
• Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
• Work across all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
• Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Happy working independently and as part of a team
• Strong design and technical detailing abilities
• AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
