Salary: £36,000-45,000 Salary dependent on experience

Their talented expert team are comprised of urban design, Town Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design. This well-established, dynamic and forward-thinking practice pride themselves on delivering transformative architecture which uplifts the surrounding communities promoting inclusivity and the local culture. With exciting future projects and continued growth plans they are seeking a passionate Technical Architect to join their friendly team in Glasgow.

The successful Technical Architect will have extensive post qualification experience, proven track record job running, strong technical capabilities with proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

• ARB registered
• Couple of years of Post Part Three Qualification experience in a UK based practice
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Experience with sectors such as education, healthcare and commercial
• Proven record working on medium - large scale projects
• Excellent technical abilities are essential
• Passion for delivering creative and sustainable designs
• Keen eye for detail
• Work well within a close knit team environment
• Excited to input to company growth
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Confident working across all RIBA stages
• Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
• Thorough knowledge of current building regulations is essential
• Must live locally to Glasgow
