Salary: £36,000- 42,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be supporting a leading Architectural practice whose exciting and technically expert designs across multiple sectors including mixed use, education and leisure have earnt them an excellent reputation. This award winning practice have cultivated a culture of collaboration and success supported by their 40 years of expertise and passion for driving value into their surrounding communities by incorporating sustainability and keeping people at the heart of their designs. I am actively seeking a driven Architect to join their social team in Leeds.

The successful Architect will have post Part Three qualification experience working on a mix of projects including in the residential and commercial sector and be well versed in Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Few years of post Part 3 qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
• It is essential that you are proficient in Revit
• Diverse portfolio of project experience in sectors such as education, residneital and commercial
• Confident producing tender and construction packages in Revit
• Boast design flare and creativity
• Job running experience is beneficial
• Capable at meeting project deadlines and strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building regulations and legislations
• Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
• Help to manage the emergent technical team members
• Live locally to Leeds
