My client is searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a creative and forward-thinking design studio in Leeds. This practice is widely recognised for its innovative, site-sensitive designs across a variety of sectors, including residential, cultural, commercial, and public spaces.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant experience post Part 2 qualification and will possess a strong design ethos and a diverse portfolio showcasing both creativity and technical competence. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
• Significant experience in a UK-based Architecture practice as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
• Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Great technical abilities
• Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
• Must live within a commutable distance of Leeds
