Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Architectural degree, ideally with planning-related modules.
• Several years of architectural experience, including 18 months in the private sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphic software (e.g., Photoshop, Cine Render).
• Ability to produce high-quality planning application drawings and CAD/BIM outputs.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Experience in building and land surveys, including measured surveys and staking outs.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Law.
• Report writing and attention to detail.
• Effective client and stakeholder communication, including email and phone inquiries.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
