Salary: £30,000-38,000 dependent on experience

I am supporting a well-established, highly reputable housebuilder whose dedicated team are experts at delivering innovative, beautifully crafted and award-winning designs across a range of house types and varying scales. This dynamic practice is committed to ensuring their designs are environmentally friendly and positively impact the end user and surrounding communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Architectural Technologist to join a friendly and thriving team in High Wycombe.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience, being well versed in ArchiCAD ideally, with experience working commercial projects and excellent technical detailing abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
• Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects of varying scales
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD experience in practice
• Excellent technical detailing and drawings
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages
• Able to hit the ground running, working independently
• Motivated for continued professional development
• Keen to input to company success
• Excellent attentiveness to detail
• Live locally to High Wycombe and surrounding areas
