Who we Are 
Morse Webb Architects are an established, medium-sized Practice with a reputation for excellence in design, sustainability and technical delivery across a diverse portfolio.  We are particularly well-regarded within a number of sectors including Independent Education and bespoke houses for private individuals. In addition to our commercial and residential work, our Conservation, Heritage & Decarbonisation team works on significant Listed Assets, public buildings and private estates. 

The Role 
We are looking for an experienced ARB Registered Architect with 3+ years of PQE experience. The successful candidate must have the necessary organisational, regulatory (UK) and interpersonal skills expected of an Architect complementing a strong design and technical capability.  The role will be for an agile, lead-Architect liaising directly with the directors and client, managing the project (with a small team where necessary) from inception to handover.

Where We Are 
We work from our 'glass barn' situated in the historic core of the village of Bramley (Hampshire) within a 35 minute drive (max) from Newbury/Reading/Winchester/Basingstoke and within walking distance of the main line railway station.  The practice is ideally placed with excellent links to both the M3, M4 & A34 corridors.   
We are a social team with a permanent studio presence enabling the team to support each other across the experience range.  Whilst we are studio-based, we understand the pressures of family life / childcare and offer some flexibility and support where we can.  A small number of us are keen cyclists and runners; as such we offer cycle storage and shower facilities alongside abundant free car parking.  We also hold various 'events' throughout the year.
