Their specialist experiences includes a diverse portfolio or award wining projects of varying scales across the industrial & logistics and larger commercial sectors. This well established practice have cultivated strong relationships with plenty of high profile clients and have a busy workload in the pipeline. They are keen to continue their growth and success with the addition of a passionate Architectural Designer to join their thriving team in Hertfordshire.

The successful Architectural Designer will be proficient in the use of Revit, have a broad range of experience including working on medium to large scale projects and have a keen eye for detail.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Designer:

• Post qualification experience
• RIBA Part one and/or Part Two or similar architectural related qualification
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Boast design flare, technical expertise, and attentiveness to detail
• Experience on a range of projects in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
• Worked on projects from conception to completion
• Must have knowledge working on medium- large scale projects
• Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Excellent time keeping and organisation abilities while working to strict deadlines
• Motivated and positive approach to work excellent communication and collaboration skills
