Salary: £34,000-45,000 dependent on experience

I am seeking a passionate Architect to join a highly reputable RIBA Chartered practice in Manchester. Their 20 years of experience is showcased through cutting edge, transformative designs across a diverse mix of projects in sectors such as mixed use and residential sectors. Their designs incorporate the history and surrounding communities as well as a dedication to sustainability.

The successful Architect will have several years of Post Part Three experience, a strong portfolio of medium to large projects with proficiency in Revit and job running experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Few years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Strong portfolio highlighting design flare and detailing
• Proven experience working on residential, commercial and mixed use projects
• Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
• Attend and input to site meetings
• Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
• Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
• Job running experience
• Driven with professional development
• Up to date with latest technologies and designs
• Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles
• Live locally to Manchester
