Role & Responsibilities

• To manage, lead and deliver a team of 10 staff and report directly to the board on your progress
• To lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across a variety of sectors in Dublin, current projects are healthcare, fitout and residential
• Engage directly with clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Checking/overseeing drawings produced by your team, all projects are carried out using Revit, and most recently to BIM Level 2
• Supporting your own team throughout all stages of projects and to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery
• Contribute to the strategic development of the practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in delivering medium to large-scale complex projects across all RIBA stages in healthcare, residential, educational or fitout
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD
• Strong design and technical capabilities
• Site experience is essential
• Strong commercial acumen
• Confident in leading teams through all project stages
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Fantastic written and verbal English.

• Office hours 9am to 5.30pm, with an early finish Friday at 1.30pm
