Our client is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Assistant with exceptional technical detailing skills and advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD to work on residential technical drawings.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and be ready to contribute to high-quality, sustainable projects. This role is available for an immediate start, with options for a fixed-term contract or a permanent position.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical detailing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD.
