Our client, an emerging architectural practice, has an exciting Senior Architectural Technician job available. Join a passionate team working on diverse projects-education, residential, commercial, and façade upgrades-all with a focus on sustainable, low-carbon design.

This practice is led by Directors with over 40 years' experience across commercial and residential sectors. With a diverse portfolio spanning decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, education, and residential projects, they're building a strong reputation for sustainability-focused design and have ambitious growth plans.

Role & Responsibilities

• Production of technical drawing packages
• Taking a lead in projects as required
• Supporting junior team members
• Attending site
• Working directly with clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of UK architectural experience
• Ability to produce detailed technical drawing packages
• Able to manage project stages as required
• Onsite experience
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
• Ability to use Revit highly beneficial
• Experience in using BIM level 2
• Enthusiastic team member
• Confident communicator with the ability to speak directly with clients.
