Architect

Our client, a 26 strong long-established Architectural Practice, based in the heart of London are looking to appoint a talented Architect.

Your Role:

You will be a pivotal part of the team, working closely with the Associate. Your responsibilities will include participating in client meetings, managing the day-to-day aspects of the project, and providing guidance to junior staff involved in the project.

Key Project Information:

Working on commercial office schemes  including new build, refurbishments, listed, change of use, and fitout CAT A /B schemes in the City of London, across all RIBA stages using Revit.

Your Profile:

• ARB, CIAT or equivalent 
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the UK building sector.
• Experience in commercial office projects is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker.
• Strong experience gained within stages 3-5
• Strong skills in Revit are essential.
• Excellent communication abilities and client-facing skills.
• NBS Specification Writing is highly desirable, but not essential.
• An interesting in working on listed, conservation projects is highly desirable, and our client would offer the support and opportunity to becoming AABC accredited.
