Job Title: Enthusiastic, Proactive, and Creative Architect

We are excited to be working with a dynamic architecture practice on the lookout for an enthusiastic, proactive, and creative Architect to join their team. If you are a recently qualified Part 3 Architect or a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively as part of a talented team, contributing your creative flair and technical expertise.
• Produce high-quality designs and presentation drawings that impress clients.
• Manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Translate designs into captivating presentation imagery using your proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience post Part 2, or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect.
• Excellent design and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Eligible to work in the UK and available to start at short notice.
• Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Italian-speaking skills are a bonus but not essential.
• Flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
