Job Opportunity: RIBA Qualified Architect in Chelmsford

We are seeking a talented and motivated RIBA qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-qualification experience to join an established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to a range of dynamic projects and develop within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the planning team to support the preparation of planning applications, including Design and Access Statements.
• Produce high-quality presentation work to enhance application documents.
• Prepare design reviews, drawings, and presentations for clients.
• Work independently or as part of a team, reporting to a Director.

Essential Skills:

• Full proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and present to clients with confidence.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience.
