I am looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join an innovative team based in Essex. The practice delivers cutting-edge designs across a range of Retail, Residential, and Leisure projects, with a commitment to bringing client visions to life and ensuring high-quality, bespoke outcomes.

The ideal Architect will have recently completed their Part 3 qualification and should ideally have previous experience working on Retail projects. I'm looking for someone who can combine creative design skills with a meticulous eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

• Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
• Experience working on Retail projects is highly desirable
• Ambition to take the lead on projects and progress in your career
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail with a flair for innovative design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Must live within Essex
