Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, pro rata, based upon experience
Location: Liverpool office with hybrid working
Hours: 20 hours per week, part-time, fixed term contract, 9 months
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Support for the Digital CPD Learning Manager. In this role, you will be key to the successful implementation of our new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) project. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, attending weekly and monthly cross-departmental meetings with teams such as content, marketing, and ICT to support a range of BAU activities. Your duties will involve assisting in the design and organisation of learning activities, coordinating with subject matter experts, planning marketing communications, and ensuring the seamless delivery of these activities.
This fixed term role provides administrative support, whilst we undertake the development and implementation of our new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) which forms part of the Digital House of Architecture project.
What are we looking for?
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of marketing communications.
- Excellent project coordination skills for handling complex tasks.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building.
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
Desirable:
- Experience in video editing and using SCORM.
- Familiarity with content migration processes.
