I am seeking an experienced and detail-driven Senior Architect to join a dynamic team in Chelmsford. The well-established firm delivers a wide range of innovative projects across sectors such as hospitality, residential, and healthcare. Known for building strong, lasting client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Architect to contribute to impactful, high-profile projects.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in hospitality projects, a keen eye for design, and an in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered.
• Significant post Part 3 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
• Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes.
• Lead and oversee hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
• Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation.
• Must be based in Chelmsford.
