Salary: £27-29,000 Dependant on experience

I am pleased to be supporting a RIBA Chartered practice, based in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, who now have an exciting new requirement for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their close-knit team. The practice predominantly work across the Residential sector, with projects ranging from Housing and Apartment Developments to Bespoke Houses, with some exposure to the Retail and Commercial sector too.

Our client is keen to speak with Part 2 Architectural Assistant with substantial UK based industry experience. This can be made up of any Part 1 and 2 industry experience, alongside any part time industry work alongside your degree.

AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe skills would be essential, with Revit being preferable.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Relevant Part 1 and 2 architectural degrees.
• Over several years UK based industry experience
• Relevant project experience would be essential.
• Candidates must be living locally to Birmingham.
• Excellent design and technical skills.
• Support the senior members of the team across relevant project stages.
• Good time management and organisation skills.
• Able to complete work to a high standard within given time frames.
