Salary: £34,000- 45,000 dependent on experience

They utilise their picturesque, medieval look surroundings to inspire their beautifully crafted designs across a range of sectors including leisure, residential, commercial and heritage. You will be joining a friendly and talented team of Architects and Architectural Technicians/ Technologists who have cultivated a collaborative working environment where success and creativity thrive. They are dedicated to offering a clear career path with regular CPD across their two offices. This dynamic RIBA Chartered Practice are seeking a Project Architect to join their growing studio in North Yorkshire.

The successful Project Architect will have substantial experience post Part Three qualification, being ARB registered with proven design skills across the residential and commercial sectors.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• Several years of post-qualification experience
• ARB registered
• Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages
• Demonstrable technical expertise
• Boast design flare and creativity
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience across the residential, commercial and heritage sectors
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Managing a small team assisting with development
• Job running experience is essential
• Cultivate strong client relationships
• Keen to input to company growth
• Attentiveness to detail
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong design abilities passionate about creating innovative inspiring designs
• Live locally to North Yorkshire
