Salary: £37,000-41,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for a large Architectural Practice who are in the AJ100 top Architects rankings, their award-winning projects and designs span a range of sectors including Retail, industrial and regeneration. The successful Senior Architectural technologist will have substantial experience job running and leading medium- large scale projects across a range of sectors, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and strong portfolio of high quality technical drawings.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Extensive post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice
• Degree in Architectural Technology or similar
• Excellent technical abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Great time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and development
• Capable at working well in a team environment
• Lead a small team and oversee emergent team members work
• Job running / project lead experience is essential
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications
• Utilise thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
• Boast innovation a passion for incorporating sustainable principles into designs
• Keen to continue professional development
