Architect or Technician

Harris Irwin Architects are seeking an experienced Technician or Architect to help establish and develop a Principal Designer’s role under the Building Safety Act. The candidate should have experience of construction and the ability to interrogate the design process.

As part of this role, we are looking for an individual who will support the practice in delivering CDM and design audits. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

Our head office is in Richmond, North Yorkshire, and we also have an office space in the Spitalfields area of East London. The role could be based at either location and a hybrid working arrangement would be considered but will require regular team meetings and time out on the road for site visits.
