Salary: £33,000- 44,000 dependent on experience

The successful Architect will boast design flare and innovation with a passion for incorporating sustainable principles, with good technical expertise and experience across medium - large scale complex projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Substantial post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
• ARB registered
• Well versed in industry standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, sketch Up and Adobe Suite
• In depth knowledge of Building Regulations
• Ability to work on projects from planning stages to construction
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Demonstratable technical excellence
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Keen to input to company growth
• Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects
• Sector experience such as retail, industrial, sports & leisure and commercial
• Ideally job running experience
• Assist in supporting emergent team members
• Live locally to Leeds
