Salary: £32-40,000 dependent on experience

Their expertise lies within the residential and commercial sectors with a diverse range of innovative projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a talented Architectural technologist to become an integral member of a growing and highly successful practice in Loughborough.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, with a range of project experience in the residential and commercial sectors and passionate about innovation and technical design.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• CIAT member ideally
• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural technology
• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Practice
• Proven record working on residential and commercial projects
• Job running experience is advantageous
• Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Working proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch UP and Lumion
• Experience working across the RIBA stages
• Great technical abilities
• Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Through knowledge of current building regulations
• Keen eye for detail
• Work well both in a team and independently
• Keen to input to company growth
• Full UK driving licence
• Live locally to the Loughborough area
