Key Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge, particularly in facade detailing and building technologies.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in recladding and/or building retrofit is essential.
• Previous experience working on large-scale UK-based residential projects is highly desirable.
