Architectural Assistant Part 2 (with Conservation Experience)

We are looking for a talented RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects alongside skilled and motivated professionals.

Key Requirements:

• Exposure to later project stages (RIBA Stage 4 & 5) with some technical detailing experience.
• Experience working on existing buildings, preferably listed, with an interest in historic building conservation.
• Strong drawing, presentation, and design skills with an eye for detail.
• Awareness of building technologies, structural theories, and regulatory frameworks.
• Well-organised with excellent time management, able to handle a varied portfolio and meet deadlines.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.
