Salary: £34-42,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be recruiting for an architectural practice who has a rich history of delivering a diverse portfolio of project across sectors such as leisure, commercial, retail and residential. Their dedication to sustainable practices and innovative designs have earnt them an excellent reputation. With a number of projects in the pipeline they are keen to continue their success and growth by the addition of a passionate project Architect to join their friendly team in Leeds.

The successful Project Architect will have several years of post-qualification experience working on a range of commercial projects with proficiency in industry standard software and drive to progress.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• Arb registered / RIBA chartered
• Several years of post Part 3 experience in an UK architectural practice
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
• Work well independently and in a team environment
• Experience working on commercial and retail projects of varying scales
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications
• Utilise thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
• Excellent technical abilities
