Salary: £35-45,000 Dependant on experience

Penguin Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Architect to join our client's dynamic team, specialising in the Industrial Sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has strong technical expertise, and excels in project delivery across various RIBA stages. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is highly desirable.

Our client is a leading architectural firm with nearly 90 staff across three offices in Nottinghamshire, Manchester, and London. Their work is predominantly with repeat clients, and they have significant long-term prospects and a strong affiliation with major landbanks.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered.
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high standards are met.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices, particularly within the Industrial Sector.
• Experience within the Industrial Sector.
• Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to manage relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RIBA stages and project delivery.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
