Join Floyd Slaski Architects Ltd – Shaping the Future of Healthcare Design

Established in 1952, Floyd Slaski Architects Ltd is a dynamic, design-driven practice that thrives on creativity and innovation. With offices in Putney and West Dulwich, we are passionate about crafting spaces that not only function beautifully but also make people feel good.

About Us: We are a close-knit team of around 30 professionals, with over 20 based in London. Our commitment to continuous improvement fuels our design flair and technical expertise, allowing us to excel in everything we do.

While our core expertise lies in the healthcare sector—serving both NHS and private clients—we are rapidly expanding our presence in higher education. Additionally, we are proud to be involved in concept design projects for hospitals and schools in the Middle East, with exciting opportunities on the horizon.

Our UK projects range from £500,000 to £25 million in construction value, with approximately 80% focused on refurbishment, reconfiguration, and repurposing, and 20% on new builds and extensions.

The Opportunity: We are looking for an ambitious Associate or Director-level architect with significant experience in healthcare design to join our team. If you are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take the lead on impactful projects, we want to hear from you.

At Floyd Slaski, we believe in the importance of a healthy work-life balance. We offer a flexible working arrangement that includes time spent in the office, on-site, and at home.

Key Qualities We Seek:

  • Proven ability to lead teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all RIBA Stage requirements for architectural projects of a similar scale.
  • Experience contributing to practice management and business development.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive remuneration package tailored to your experience and skills, along with the chance to work on projects that truly make a difference.
