Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, based upon experience and location

Location: London/Hybrid working

Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time, 2-year fixed term contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised coordinator to join the growing team working on RIBA’s House of Architecture Programme.

The House of Architecture Programme (HOAP) is an exciting transformation programme that encompasses the renovation of 66 Portland Place, the creation of a new home for its world class collection, the associated organisational transition before, during and after construction, and the digital transformation of IT infrastructure and fundraising activities.

The role is an excellent opportunity play a crucial role in an ambitious change programme and learn and develop your project and programme management skills on the job.

About the Role

The project coordinator will report to the HOAP Programme Manager and provide coordination support across the various project and workstreams. This will include assisting with the planning of staff moves, updating project plans and risk registers, overseeing digital filing systems, minute taking and assistance with compiling reports and papers.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in programme administration or project coordination.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Experience of managing digital filing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of a project management methodology such as PRINCE2 would be advantageous but not essential.
