This award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice are looking to continue their growth by seeking a talented, technically expert, and ambitious Architectural Technician to their friendly team in Leicestershire.

The successful Architectural Technician will have a good level of post qualification experience, be able work efficiently on simultaneous projects to a high standard and good knowledge of submitting planning applications.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Hold a degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
• Substantial post qualification experience in a UK based Architectural practice
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit abilities
• Boast design flare and technical expertise
• Work well in a team as well as independently
• Comprehensive understanding of planning applications and current Building Regulations
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Keen to input to company growth
• On track towards MCIAT
• Driven for continued professional development
• Excellent communication abilities
• Keen eye for detail
