Our agile working policy will allow you to collaborate with colleagues across the UK, engaging in all stages of architectural projects across the education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Qualifications: ARB registered, RIBA Part III preferred.

• Experience: 3-5 years post-qualification with at least 2 years in the education sector, including direct client interaction from project inception and experience working with contractors.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, tech-savvy, with a good understanding of BIM.

• Design Skills: Exceptional design abilities with thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.

• Technical Judgment: Experience in applying technical judgment to ensure project compliance with design standards.

• Project Management: Proven track record of successful project management, team leadership, and running projects.

• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with contracts, regulations, codes, etc.

• Commercial Awareness: Ability to promote the practice, generate new business, and maintain good client relations.

• Leadership: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working autonomously.

• Strategic Outlook: Ability to anticipate problems, weigh options, and plan execution with contingencies.

• Multi-tasking: Capable of handling multiple priorities, problem-solving, and maintaining quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
