Lawray Architects is an award-winning design led practice with studios in London, Cardiff, and Wrexham. As an SME established in 1974, we have worked on some very iconic and inspiring buildings and developments. 

Due to a recent increase and sustainable workload, we are seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our London team.

Duties

  • Prepare and develop conceptual design proposals under the direction of the Director.
  • Prepare presentation material, including 3D images for presentation to the client.
  • Prepare and develop tender and construction level information to meet the client’s brief and the relevant building, planning and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to nurture and maintain good professional relations with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to the client and design team.
  • Undertaking site visits to review progress and provide good technical solutions to issues that arise on site.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in Revit essential.
  • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a desire to embrace new and innovative thinking.
  • An enthusiastic attitude and a collaborative approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations.
