Associate/Director level Architect

Floyd Slaski Architects Ltd, founded in 1952, is a design focussed, feel-good practice with offices in Putney & West Dulwich.

• We are a team of around 30, with just over 20 based in London.
• We embrace continual improvement, driving our design flair and technical expertise in equal measure.
• Our work is predominantly in the healthcare sector, both NHS and Private, plus we have a growing higher education portfolio.  
• We also carry out concept design work for hospitals and schools in the Middle East and are keen to expand this workstream.
• Our UK project construction values typically range from £500,000 to £25 million.
• Project types are approx 80% refurbishment/ reconfiguration/ repurposing and approx 20% new build or extensions.

We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Director level architect with significant healthcare experience.

A good work-life balance is fundamental to our ethos, and it is anticipated that there will be a mixture of working in the office, on site and at home.  

The successful applicant will have the following key qualities:

• Ability to lead teams and coordinate proactively with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Broad knowledge of all RIBA Stage requirements of architectural projects of a similar scale.
• Experience of contributing to practice management and business development.

Remuneration is competitive and to be agreed based on experience and skills.
