Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Cube are a multidiscipline company looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant, recent University leaver, or recently qualified Architect who can make an immediate start and to work from our Islington Office. 
 
The role will involve work on a variety of retail and commercial projects where you will be expected to get involved in all stages of these projects and gain client facing and site experience.
 
Your role will include:

• Developing architectural and fit out designs including technical details.
• Preparing and submitting planning applications.
• Visiting sites to undertake surveys and assessing site progress.
• Resolving queries from consultants and contractors.
• Assisting the Director and Account Lead

 
Your key skills requirement:

• A RIBA part I and part II qualification and minimum two years office experience.
• Accurate and confident communication skills.
• Full working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Excellent technical and construction detailing. Proven experience of the building regulations. 
• Ability to manage workload in a timely manner but with thorough attention to detail.
