I am looking for an Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. The friendly team have an excellent reputation and work on projects across the residential, retail and healthcare sectors and always create innovative and sustainable designs.

The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient post qualification experience and a motivation to grow and progress their career. You will be a team player and will enjoy working on residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree or HND/HNC in Architectural TechnologySufficient post qualification experience in a UK-based practiceProduce drawings whilst adhering to the client specificationsProven experience working on residential projectsSelf motivated with a positive and driven approach to workConfident working independently and as part of a teamProficient using AutoCADMust live locally to Chelmsford
