Part Two Architectural Assistant

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: Competitive dependent on experience

I am searching for a talented Part Two Architectural Assistant with a keen eye for detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. The well-established team works across the commercial, residential, retail and healthcare sectors and prides itself on building lasting relationships with clients. The friendly team always create creative, client-led designs which exceed client expectations.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification and should be confident working through all RIBA stages. You should have experience working through the planning application process and will enjoy liaising with clients to prepare drawings. You will be proficient using a range of industry standard software.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Experience working through the planning stages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Liaise with clients to prepare design drawings
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Prepare applications, design and access statements, and design reviews
  • Present designs to clients
  • Proficient using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe and Photoshop
  • Must live locally to Chelmsford
