Salary: £27,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

With a number of exciting upcoming projects, they are seeking a passionate Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative and successful team in Warwickshire.

The successful Architectural Assistant must have substantial experience as an Architectural Assistant, with proficiency in AutoCAD, strong communication and design skills.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Assistant:

  • Couple of years of post-qualification experience working in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Ideally part two qualified
  • Well versed in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of planning and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Boast creativity and design flare
  • Liaise confidently with statutory bodies and other professionals
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Motivated to continue own professional development
  • Work well within a team and independently
  • Produce highly quality drawings
  • Meet deadlines
  • Live locally to the Warwickshire area
