Architect/Architectural Technologist/Technician

We are CATO creative, a small, award-winning, architecture and interior design practice specialising in London residential. We are looking for somebody brilliant to join our Wandsworth based studio.

Ideally suited to somebody with a passion for people and for producing construction drawings, this is a new position as part of our technical team. The role combines managing a small team with the production of working drawings and technical documents across a diverse portfolio of domestic refurbishment projects. We need somebody who can help us develop how the team work and make sure everything we deliver hits the mark.

EXPERIENCE:

We believe that personality is more important that experience so we open to appointing an architect, an architectural technician / technologist or a Part II architectural assistant. We are looking for get up and go, personality and determination. Keen communication skills are a must as the role interacts withs clients, contractors and consultants. An understanding of UK residential building will be helpful too.  Most importantly though, as CATO creative is driven by teamwork, we’re looking for somebody who thrives when working as part of a diverse, multi-lingual, team.

We work in autoCAD, Sketchup and the Adobe creative suite, so skills here are essential. We are Mac based.
