Salary: £28,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to be actively recruiting for a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a reputable, forward thinking and well established Architectural and Interior Design Practice. They are specialist within the hospitality sector as well as a number of exciting projects in the retail and leisure sectors. Their expertise has been cultivated over 25+ years with focus on interior design. Their talented multi-disciplined team have created an excellent work culture with a social and supportive environment. This is an ecellent opportunity for a Part Two to continue their progression getting hands on experience and great career progression.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant must have sufficient post qualification experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, strong communication and design skills.

RIBA Part one and Two qualificationsCouple of years of post qualification experience working in a UK Architectural Practice Well versed in AutoCADKnowledge of planning and building regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Boast creativity and design flare Lisaise confidently with staturtorybodies and other professionals Keen to input to company growth Motivated to continue own professional development Work well within a team and independently Produce highly quality drawings Meet deadlinesLive locally to the Coventry area Positive and proactive attitude String problem solving abilities Keen eye for detail
