Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for a successful Architectural Practice who's close to 15 years' experience drives them to produce creative, technically expert and inspiring designs across sectors such as retail, residential, and leisure. Their friendly and growing team are keen for a driven Newly Qualified Architect to join their friendly team in Brentwood. You will be reard with excellent support for continued professional development aswell as working on a diverse proftolio of projects. Their talenetd team is comprised of Prohect managers, architects, technicican and interior designers. They are dedicated to exceeding client expectations and have plenty of exciting upcoming projects.

The Successful Newly Qualified Architect will have substantial total industry experience especially Post Part Three with strong technical and design abilities having worked across all scales of projects.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered / RIBA qualified
• Ideally some post Part Three qualification experience and overall industry experience
• Strong design skills with keen eye for detail
• Well versed in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
• Strong leadership skills and keen to take on responsibility
• It would be advantageous to have planning and on site experience
• Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Proven record working on projects in the retail an residential sectors
• Boast design flare and creativity
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Liaise with contractors, clients and other professionals
• Proactive and positive attitude
