Technical Architect

The Role:
We have just been appointed by a large International Architectural firm to source Technical Architects & Technicians for their 30 strong London studio.

We are seeking highly proficient and motivated Technical Architects & Technologists with a keen interest in the construction phases of large-scale residential schemes. This role focuses on stages 4-6 of developer-led projects, involving direct liaison with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage detailed design processes using Revit to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure clarity and adherence to timelines and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Develop and refine technical details, integrating solutions that adhere to UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the in-office team to facilitate a seamless flow of information and ideas.

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge and experience in Revit.
• Demonstrable experience working on new build residential projects with 100+ units.
• Strong technical detailing skills with a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented office environment.
