I am searching for a motivated Part 1 Architectural Assistant with a keen eye for detail and creative design flare to join a RIBA chartered practice in Croydon. The friendly team enjoy creating high quality, tailormade designs across the residential and mixed-use commercial sectors and pride themselves on their exceptional customer service. The team provide services from project initiation to completion and love nothing more than seeing a project complete with a happy customer.

The successful Part 1 Architectural Assistant will ideally have some experience working on residential projects and should have great technical skills and a strong attention to detail. You will have a positive and proactive attitude and should be motivated to continue progressing your career. Microstation is used within the practice, but training will be provided.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

• Must be RIBA Part 1 qualified
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Creative design flare
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Some industry experience is beneficial
• Microstation experience is beneficial
• Must live local to Croydon, or willing to relocate
